November 17: Meteor shower November 17 and Leonid meteor showers and video. Leonid meteors are attracting people in droves. Everybody seems to be interested in having a look at the Leonid meteors.
And by the way the dazzling look that these meteors give to the observers more than compensate the long wait that they sometime have to endure in being able to watch the meteor showers.
Meteors are better known as shooting stars : startling streaks of light that suddenly appear in the sky when a dust particle from outer space evaporates high in the Earth’s atmosphere.
